Refund policy

1. Eligibility:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, with original tags

  • Request within 48 hours of delivery

  • Proof of purchase required

2. Non-Returnable Items:

  • Worn/washed items

  • Items with perfume, stains, or damage

  • Sale, promotional, or custom items

3. Procedure:

  • Contact customer service via email/WhatsApp

  • Arrange return pickup (cost borne by customer unless error from us)

  • Exchanges depend on stock availability

4. Refunds:

  • Refunds issued as store credit, exchange, or cash/bank refund in special cases

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable

5. Cancellations:

  • Can be made within 1 hour of placing the order

  • Once shipped, cancellations are not possible
